Customized LiPO battery Features

Melasta can make any shape of the battery according to the application requirements. Our Research and development teams are experts in understanding the customer needs and application requirements.  These are few customized LiPO battery shapes, which we have already designed for our customers, Ultra-Thin, Curved, Round, Hexagon, Ultra Narrow, C Shape, Triangle, Rectangle, D shape, And polygonal shapes.

1.The minimum width could be 6-50mm and thickness could be 0.4mm~8mm

2.These batteries also support fast charging and discharging rates

3.These batteries can be used in extreme temperatures such as -20oC to 80oC

4.These batteries go through all kind of tests without any fire or explosive

5.We can deliver the samples within 10-15 days 

Low-Temperature and High Discharge LiPO Battery Features

Melasta batteries are design and manufacture to provide high performance in power, capacity, and discharge rate. These are few salient features of Melasta high discharge LiPO Cells,

1. These cells can reach the peak discharge at 150C, 90C for only 2 seconds, and 45 C continuous discharge current with 5C fast charging.

2. These cells have very stable performance in extreme temperatures, along with the higher discharge rate.

3. Multiple available shapes and flexibility to customize make these cells compatible for different applications.

4. These batteries can be used from size applications to large industrial applications. Wearable devices, agricultural appliances, automotive applications, industrial applications are the main areas to use LiPO batteries.

5. All Melasta products are designed and produced according to international standards such as IEC, UL, PSE, UN38.3, and other safety standards to ensure the safety of the battery and ultimate safety of the application.

6. These batteries can operate in extreme weather conditions from freezing temperatures to sweltering weather; they can be working from -20oc to 50oC.
